Ingredients:
- 3 broccoli bunches, chopped
- 3/4 lb uncured turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 1 small onion, chopped
Dressing:
- 1/2 organic mayo
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Toss together the chopped broccoli, small chucks of turkey bacon, sunflower seeds and chopped onion
- Combine the mayo, honey and apple cider vinegar and pour over top
- Enjoy!
