Eating Well doesn’t have to be hard – at all! We live a very busy life. I work late and the hubby takes care of both kids while making dinner before I get home. Sometimes he’s juggling this with t-ball or bowling or fantasy football! So it’s super important to our family that we cook delicious foods that the kids will eat that doesn’t take long to prepare. This recipe to the rescue! This entire meal took about 40 minutes to prepare, start to finish.

Innate Meal

Baked Wild Salmon


  • 2 lbs wild salmon fillets (don’t screw up a healthy meal with farmed fish)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp grated lemon rind
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill


Combine olive oil, salt, pepper, rind and dill and cover fillet. Slice the remaining lemon and lay across the top of the fillets. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes or until fish is flaky.


Don’t worry. The kids will like it!
